Winter
Tuscola has been covered in a sheet of ice. The public schools were closed as well as our outlet mall. We were without internet for three days and we're happy to finally be getting back to normal. Although that meant getting up early and getting to Driver Ed at 7 this morning. Since we homeschool we still do school on snow days so we won't be playing catchup at the end of the year. Its usually the nice sunny days that get us playing hookey. :)

Hi Alysia! Your new blog is looking so cool. Thanks for stopping by to say hello. Yes, we are so proud of Tyler. He has a special talent.
ReplyDeleteI love your snow pictures and learning about your pretty town.
Take care and God bless,
Kathy
I Alysia, I guess I haven't visited in a bit. You look so cute in your I want spring photo. Thank you so much for all your comments. I am excited about writing my book ... it will take awhile, but even if one copy doesn't sell, at least I'll have a bunch of Oregon history through my eyes all in one spot.
ReplyDeleteI noticed that you left comments on my other blogs too. I haven't been on there for a while. I actually do have a book nearly written and in a couple loose leaf binders that I wrote when I was working for Head Start. Maybe I should fill in the blanks, like you said. If you and others can benefit from it then it would be worth it. Thanks so much!
Have a great week,
Kathy
